We are looking for a Payment Support Specialist. This position is responsible for processing all incoming address changes & earnings reports requests. The Payment Support Specialist will handle a high volume of phone calls for various employee inquiries included but not limited to: W2’s, Verifications of Employment, Unemployment etc. as well as maintaining the multiple spread sheets for the W2 team. During peak periods, this position will require over time in the evenings and on weekends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and log incoming address change and earnings reports request.
• Handles a high volume of telephone calls for various employee & client inquires.
• Process employee’s request for earnings reports address changes and W2’s, in compliance with company security policy.
• Analysis of employee earnings for potential adjustments for Name and SSN corrections, work and resident state, incorrect pay code, etc. based on employee requests and/or Data Maintenance Reports.
• Maintains spreadsheets for the W2 team.
• Back up to other Payment Support responsibilities.
Other duties as assigned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

• High school diploma
• 2 – 3 years payroll experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 1 – 2 years’ familiarity with accounting practices.
• Experience working with computer systems
• High level of computer ability
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload
• Able to meet strict deadlines
• Handle high volume of telephone calls
• Ability to multitask
• Responsive to employee issues
• Analytical skills

The hourly rate for this position is $18.89 - $21.49 and will be commensurate with experience related to the position.
